- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Went the first time since my dog had issues seeing. Had to see a vet first then get referred to their ophthalmologist. After doing this then waiting for this appointment, ended up finding out my dog was going blind. It was a very quick appointment for the pricey visit, the vet did't seem to empathetic, and she told me what I had already read from a google search. Fast forward a year or so and I decide to try them again to get my dog's nails trimmed, he doesn't like it so figured I would have professionals do it. It was great, they made a same day appointment. Dog went in and got his nails trimmed... then got the bill... $30 for a nail trim that took less than 5 min. When I asked why it cost that much, it was because other techs had to help. I would totally understand since my dog freaks out except that it's for a relatively fast procedure, so that's quite a markup and none of this was disclosed prior. For $30 I would just bear with it and do it at home- lesson learnt for next time.July 27, 2017by Philippa Kohn
